Hello, I am new to this forum.
I would like to introduce myself. I am in Southern Calif ( high Desert) and have been doing BPOs and REO Listing for 5 years. I have completed my training ,and have certified completion thru Reo Trans and currently NABPOP enrollment.
I am very proud to say that my income in BPOs last year was shy of a six figure number and to date I have already met it.
I have sucessfull closed 15 REOs to date as a one person office. In the past four months I have handled 12 REOs in which only one was re assigned
(still over priced on the market)
I love Real Estate , I hope to succeed through the challenges in working with asset managers , and perform the best possible in manage of my properties. I have established and worked hard to gain potential buyes in this market. The competition / challenge to get an offer accepted thru other agents, is the most difficult, and or being at the end of a closing and a lender hasnt performed for a buyer that a deal can be busted out , and snatched after alot of hard work to no prevail or control, is when I feel like changing careers yet, I continue to seek for better training for the next experience. I appreciate the Moderator teresa Turner who was one of the first asset managers who assisted me and exposed the quality, and professionalism of performance in this industry .
