REO/BPO Agent in Clallam County, Washington 8 Months, 3 Weeks ago

I have been a Realtor since 1991 and started our company in 2000. I have trained my agents to complete BPOs, handle short sales successfully, and to administer REOs. My BS Degree is in Business Administration with a major in accounting, so I am detail oriented. I understand the detail work associated with REOs. This is an area of work that I would like to get back into after handling HFC transactions in the mid 1990s. I have an office with 5 full time agents that can complete BPOs and handle REO transactions successfully.
