NVSI Return Policy
If you are enrolled and paid for our Val-U-Cert BPO certification class, and for some reason you are unable to complete the course within the 30 day requirement, we will under certain circumstances allow you to change extend your enrollment date and time to a further date. These situations will be determined on an individual basis and we require a 48 hours notice to approve any changes. All fees are non-refundable once you have registered and paid.
